Description: each game development studio sets their culture, which sets the basis of how they will operate and work with their primary asset: the developers. For this panel, we gather the most respected studios of the Ottawa region discussing how culture and philosophy contributes to build strong and productive teams. We will look also at how to establish strategies that encourage continuous training while keeping developers happy and motivated.

Targeted public: no prerequisites. The Audience should be anyone looking to improve team culture and find ways to collaborate within the working environment.

Takeaways: the panel will touch various business topics including studio values and applications, how studios operate and why, talent retention, what allow studios to foster positive culture, continuous training of developers and how we deal with project pressure.
