Description: in this talk I will show our process in how we advanced our team from making stylized art to highly realistic characters, the changes this brought about, the challenges we faced, and how it improved the output of our team. Touching on topics such as art direction, process / execution, rendering technology, and how we created such a large game with a fairly small team.
